NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Chapter 56 of the Laws of 2022 effective April 9, 2022 through July 1, 2026, permitting local governments to hold public meetings by telephone and video conference and/or similar device as long as a quorum of Board members are present at the below stated time and place.

The Town of Brookhaven Local Development Corporation (the “Corporation”) Board Meeting scheduled for 9-23-26 at 12:00 p.m. in person at the Brookhaven Town Hall, One Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738, in the 2nd floor Corporations Conference Room. Members of the public may attend in person or may view the Board Meeting by accessing the link
